Shipping
AstroCables ships all orders via the United States Postal Service, DHL or UPS. The service used is chosen by the buyer during the checkout process. If a trackable service is chosen, the tracking information will be e-mailed to the buyer after the order has shipped.
In most cases, orders placed before 3:00pm Monday through Friday are shipped within one business day, usually the same day the order was placed. Orders placed after 3:00pm or on weekends are shipped the next business day.
Orders shipped to countries other than the United States may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. Any such costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
At AstroCables, we stand behind the products we make and sell. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
If a refund is requested, all returned items must be in new and resellable condition, with all accessories, software and parts included. Items missing parts may be returned to the customer, or a restocking fee may apply. The fee will vary depending on the parts missing, and the customer will be notified and given the option of accepting the restocking fee or requesting that the item be returned to them without any refund.
Before returning an item, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of the shipping container. Returns sent without first obtaining an RMA number will be refused. To obtain an RMA number, send an e-mail to support@astrocables.com with "RMA Request" in the subject line. Please include the appropriate order number in your message.
